Neighborhood Updates
The Saddle Ridge sign at the entrance to the neighborhood has been refinished.
Decommissioning of the wastewater treatment plant is underway.
The CINC mobile app should be up & running again, the mobile app will use the same login credentials you have for the Urban Monarch CINC website.
Thel annual meeting is scheduled for December 17 at 6pm. Urban Monarch will coordinate the meeting virtually. Several positions on the board will be open this year. Additional meeting details to follow.
Sewer Billing
Plainfield Township is in the process of finalizing the construction costs for the project. We are still awaiting confirmation on when Plainfield/NKSA will begin billing us.
Architectural Requests
All exterior modifications including but not limited to decks & patios, pools, fencing, satellite dishes, driveway expansions, non-traditional landscaping, etc., should be going through the Architectural committee for review & approval. This process is intended to help ensure that such modifications are made in compliance with the existing bylaws and established guidelines. General Reminders
- On-street parking is always prohibited. During winter months, this rule is especially important as vehicles parked on the street overnight do impede the trucks from salting/plowing the streets.
- School is back in session, please use extra care when driving through the neighborhood during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times.
- Please do not park or stop your vehicles on the side of the entrance road for drop-off/pick-up.
- We’ve had several complaints about children on electric scooters in the streets; riding the wrong way through the roundabouts, etc. Please remind your children how dangerous this is (very).
- The construction entrance should not be used by residents or guests of residents.
