Irrigation
A particularly dry & hot summer has challenged our water system, and even with the even/odd restriction in place, we are still frequently spiking usage during the early morning hours. It is important to note that every time we exceed the usage, it triggers alarms and requires on-site emergency intervention from the operator. This incurs additional costs while they monitor the situation. If we drop below a certain PSI, a boil-water notice is required.
We are considering our options for the future, as the odd/even seems to be ineffective at sufficiently curtailing usage during the 4am-6am window.for the future.
Sewer Billing
We still don’t have a clear timeline on when Plainfield/NKSA will begin billing us.

This process is intended to help ensure that such modifications are made in compliance with the existing bylaws and established guidelines.
