Annual HOA Meeting – Save the Date
Thel annual meeting is scheduled for December 17 at 6pm. Urban Monarch will coordinate the meeting virtually.
Several positions on the board will be open this year.

Sewer Billing
We are still awaiting confirmation on when Plainfield/NKSA will begin billing us.
Architectural Requests
All exterior modifications including but not limited to decks & patios, pools, fencing, satellite dishes, driveway expansions, non-traditional landscaping, etc., should be going through the Architectural committee for review & approval.
This process is intended to help ensure that such modifications are made in compliance with the existing bylaws and established guidelines.

General Reminders
School is back in session, please use extra care when driving through the neighborhood during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times.
Please do not park or stop your vehicles on the side of the entrance road for drop-off/pick-up.
We’ve had several complaints about children on electric scooters in the streets; riding the wrong way through the roundabouts, etc. Please remind your children how dangerous this is (very).
The construction entrance should not be used by residents or guests of residents.
