Updates

We are currently experiencing drought-like weather and have requested that residents observe an odd/even irrigation schedule based on your address. F&V reports “[F]lows over 500 gallons per minute and pressures less than 35 psi. We continue to worry about the wear on the equipment and the preparedness for a fire emergency.” As the hot weather and lack of precipitation continue, we are weighing options for how to best mitigate this risk, please understand that we may need to impose further temporary restrictions on irrigation.

Please do adjust your irrigation systems to observe the odd/even scheduling, as well as any further restrictions that we may need to impose during the remainder of the summer.

Architectural Requests

All exterior modifications including but not limited to decks, pools, fencing, non-traditional lanscaping, etc., should be going through the Architectural committee for review & approval.

This process is intended to help ensure that such modifications are made in compliance with the existing bylaws and established guidelines.

Updated FAQ

We are currently in the process of updating the FAQ section of the website. This section may be sparse for a while, but we plan to continue adding to it in the future. We encourage you to submit via email any question(s) that you may have, and we can work to add those questions and answers to the FAQ.

General Reminders

Especially as we enter the summer, please be mindful of the speed limits. We’ve received a number of complaints, and have observed some vehicles driving far too fast for a neighborhood like ours.

RVs, campers, boats, etc. should not be in your driveway for more than 72 hours.

Lawn clippings should be removed from your sidewalks/streets after mowing your lawns.

Remember that no automatic sprinkler may be operated between the hours of 5:00am and 9:00pm.

The construction entrance should not be used by residents or guests of residents.
