Saddle Ridge Updates & Information
- Superior Asphalt did the annual maintenance & pothole filling during the spring break week of April 7. This should take care of the major problem areas throughout the neighborhood, especially at the entrance drive.
- We have confirmed with Turfs that the north Tot Lot should receive fresh mulch this spring.
- Sewer billing from Plainfield Township remains TBD; Urban Monarch has been working with the Township and providing information as requested to keep things moving forward.
- Plainfield Township may elect to do meter readings & billing on a monthly basis instead of quarterly. More details will follow once the Township has finalized their plans.
- The association does not plan to alter the billing schedule for the water utility, which will remain on a quarterly basis regardless of what happens with the sewer utility billing.
